In an era of accelerating geopolitical shifts, digital resilience has evolved from a technical necessity into a core strategic imperative. The capacity to navigate the complex intersection of technology, security, and international relations now defines a nation's ability to thrive amidst uncertainty.

Recognising the urgency of this challenge, StateUp is bringing together a distinguished group of senior leaders from across Europe for a high-level, curated track at Beyond GovTech  in Copenhagen this October. Titled "Digital Resilience in an Age of Geopolitical Shifts," this series of dialogues, co-hosted with Digital Hub Denmark, will address the practical realities of building a secure and sovereign digital future.

Our sessions are designed to provide insights for policymakers and industry leaders on the front lines of this new reality.

A Curated Agenda for a Complex Challenge

The track, introduced by StateUp CEO Dr. Tanya Filer, is structured around three critical pillars of digital resilience:

Tech Diplomacy and Defence Innovation This session will explore the frontiers of regional resilience, addressing how tech diplomacy and cooperation and dual-use innovation are becoming essential tools of statecraft.

Enabling Resilience Through Digital Government, Regulation, and Communications This panel will examine the practical tools of governance, from regulatory frameworks to strategic communications, that enable states to build robust, citizen-centric resilience.

Critical Technologies and Strategic Sectors Amid Global Transitions This discussion will focus on the strategic sectors and critical technologies that are central to building economic and national security in a contested global environment, from AI to quantum computing.
