Tanya Filer is Founder and CEO of StateUp. She is Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Forum on Technology & Global Affairs and established the Digital State programme at Cambridge's Bennett School of Public Policy, where she lectures across postgraduate and executive programmes. She studied at Oxford, Cambridge and UCL, has held fellowships at Harvard, Yale, the Library of Congress and Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires, and served on the World Economic Forum's Council on the Future of Information and Entertainment.
